GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. Identification of the Seller
This document sets out the general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as the "General Terms") governing access to and use of the website Calamperfume.com (hereinafter, the "Website"), owned by Comex Perfumes S.L., with registered office at Castellana 91, 28046 Madrid, and VAT number B-13807227. 2. Purpose and Scope of Application
These terms apply to all customers (hereinafter, the "Customer") who make purchases through the Website, in relation to perfumes and related products.
3. Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions
Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms. We recommend reading them carefully before making a purchase.
4. Products
The products are described in detail. Images may slightly differ from the actual product.
5. Prices and Payment Methods
All displayed prices include the applicable VAT and are expressed in euros (€). Shipping costs, if applicable, will be added to the total amount before completing the purchase. We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), GPay, and Klarna. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
6. Purchase Process
The Customer must follow the steps below to complete a purchase:
Select the desired product and add it to the cart.
Review the order in the shopping cart.
Enter personal and shipping information.
Select the payment method.
Confirm the order and make the payment.
Once the process is completed, the Customer will receive a confirmation email with the order details.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Shipments will be made to the address provided by the Customer. Estimated delivery times are 1 to 3 days for Spain and 4 to 7 days for other European countries. Shipping costs and eligible countries are detailed in the "Shipping Policy". We are not responsible for delays due to external causes (strikes, weather, incorrect addresses).
8. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
The Customer has the right to withdraw within 14 calendar days. Returns of unsealed perfumes are not accepted for hygiene reasons. See "Returns and Withdrawal Policy" for detailed conditions.
9. Warranty
All products come with a legal warranty of 2 years from the date of delivery. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling.
10. Data Protection
Personal data will be processed in accordance with the GDPR. See "Privacy Policy".
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. In case of disputes, the parties submit to the courts of the seller's domicile, unless the Customer acts as a consumer, in which case the courts of the Customer’s domicile will have jurisdiction in accordance with consumer protection regulations.
12. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications will not affect orders that have already been placed.
