RETURNS AND WITHDRAWAL POLICY

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.

Exceptions
According to Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, returns of unsealed cosmetic products are not accepted for reasons of hygiene or health.

Conditions

• Unused product with intact seal.

• Return must be sent to the address provided via email.

• The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

• If the product is defective or there was an error, we will cover the return costs.

• The refund will be issued within a maximum of 7 days after receipt and verification of the product.
